Unique gaba oolong made according to classical technology when air is replaced with nitrogen during oxidation. The distinct acidity indicates a high GABA content, which is becoming rare in modern gaba teas. However, we called this tea "exclusive" because of its beautiful flavor profile, which will undoubtedly be appreciated by lovers of gaba-teas.

The taste of this tea has two bright, intertwining melodies: milk caramel which is closer to toffee and plum jam.

This is the December 2022 harvest. Due to the USDA organic and potent material, this oolong has excellent stamina.

Lightly and gently relaxes, stimulating mindfulness and composure.

It's really good taste for this price.
but I have an example of another gaba, premium one, and I like it much more for the flavor and smooth

Mellow sweetness of freshly baked spiced sweet breads in aroma.
I detect light brown sugar and sweet spice in the after taste, with a slight fruity tartness.
No astringency or bitterness. Unlike the 2020 version, there is no smokiness.
The liquor is clear in appearance.
Wet leaves smell of burnt sugar and bread.
This tea has a good stamina, and makes me feel mellow.

This is a GABA with great personality and yummy crispness whose aromas, as an Italian, reminds me of Panforte cake and the authentic Aceto Balsamico aged on miniature barrels for decades. This means a lot of candies fruits, sweet spices, toffee, milk chocolate, raisins, orange zests, oriental woods with an intriguing hint of chutney and tomato marmalade. The liquor is amber intense, medium body, sweet with a delicate crispy refreshing note.
