Return Policy

All products bought at our webshop are eligible for return, exchange or refund as according to this return policy.

Non-Faulty Items

If for any reason you change your mind about a product you can return it to us and get a refund. Here are some important conditions:

  1. The return request must be made within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order.
  2. The product has to be unopened, unused and undamaged.
  3. The product must be returned before we can issue any refunds.
  4. The price of the return postage is paid by the client.
  5. The refund given will be for the price paid for the product and does not include shipping.

Refunds Procedure

  1. To apply for a return, please, send an email to with your order number and the products that you would like to return to us.
  2. We will reply you within 2 working days with the instructions for returning goods.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Faulty Items

If you receive a product which you think is faulty, please, email us immediately. We will assess the issue to determine if the product is faulty and if we agree that there is a fault we will issue you with a replacement or refund with the following conditions:

  1. The product fault must be reported within 7 days starting from the day you receive your order.
  2. The fault or damage will be verified by us before issuing any refunds. We may ask for photographs for verification.
  3. If we require the product returned then we will pay for the return shipping.
  4. We will either replace with free shipping or refund the amount paid for the product plus the shipping charge for the product. Please be aware that if the product was sent with other items the shipping refund will be proportional.

Other Conditions

  1. Undeliverable packages aren't eligible for full refunds, given that we've correctly stated your shipping address. In such case, we'll only offer a partial refund if the undeliverable packages has been returned. The partial refund will be determined based on the following formula: order value - actual shipping cost - return shipping fees.
  2. For certain countries the local post office might require you to pickup the parcel at a specified location. If you reject or decide not to pickup the parcel, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. If we mistakenly send you the wrong product then please email us within 14 days and we will dispatch the correct product immediately with free shipping. If we require a return of the incorrect product then we will pay for the return shipping.

It's probably softer than #3, but that softness allows it to be brewed a little stronger. Personally, I think it's great. Perfect tea for spring, early fall. Very pronounced, gives strong condition.
