This tea is masterfully processed. The flashes are solid and neat. By roasting in stages with a pause of several days, the master achieved softness and evenness of the taste without excessive greenery or fire.
In the foreground aroma are fresh flowers: lilies and lilies of the valley. And a milk candy. In the background, you can catch viscous, thick aromas of barberry and sea buckthorn.
The taste is dense, balanced, juicy and full-bodied. The finish is long and oily. Basic tones: lychee, plum, milky sweet tones and a floral-berry mix.
A remarkable feature of this particular specimen is its piquant, sharp notes, not lacking in finesse. These notes completely captivate me.
The tea is organic (I know the master), but not certified, so the price is quite affordable. Recommended for lovers of bright and delicate, classic light oolong tea.
