The first time I tried this kind of tea. From the first sip I got strongly affected. Real tea. Very good.
It is very similar to Japanese tea, but with its own nuances in taste. Organic tea, therefore, so umami and rich taste should not be expected. The taste is pure, slightly sweet and fresh, with herbaceous-tart notes. The aftertaste is soft, of medium duration. In my opinion, it is quite good for making matcha latte.
