Harvest time: 2014

Young Sheng (Raw) Pu-erh style tea of our own production. For this Sheng we use only leaves from 200-300 years old tea trees. Raw materials are of high quality collection.

Growing Region: Chiang Rai Province in the north of Thailand, 1500 meters above sea level.

Pressing: hand, stone.

Taste: Even such a small ageing of raw materials evidently effects the taste. This Sheng pu-erh turned out amazingly sweet and powerful. It requires careful brewing, but is not too exacting. Very intense taste, where tones of strawberries and sweet dried fruits are dominated. Gentle aftertaste. Sweet and very strong sheng. Riping with years will gain camphor, menthol, taste of prunes and raisins.

Effect: Fills with tenderness, lightness, gentleness. But sheng pu-erh is sheng pu-erh, you will definitely get a portion of cheerfulness.
